Renew set the overall standard and benchmark for their subsidiaries. With a focus on local knowledge and their direct delivery model, they are responsible for some of the UK’s leading infrastructure projects.

The team at Renew approached AD&CO with a specific brief, to create a new brand, marketing materials, and engaging course content for their executive development programme.

The RISE name was derived from the main strapline of the new programme – “Renew, inspiring successful executives”. This name was chosen for its ability to be positive and aspirational. Using this as the main focus we created the brand mark by taking the existing Renew brand and refining it to give the delegates a familiar and at the same time a new and unrivaled educational experience. The programme has been designed to enhance, develop and train future leaders of their subsidiary businesses.

Working alongside the accredited training partner On-Track Learning, time was taken to develop a suite of digital course content, supporting documentation, and a printed course workbook. All of this allows for the next generation of Renew’s Senior Executives to develop their self-belief, track performance, and take control of their outcomes, staff, and businesses.
